Song of the post – “Give a Little Love” by The Judds
Cliff has put on some respectable miles. He’s hit some of the milestone markers like Eagle Rock (uncannily looks like an Eagle) and Warner Springs, a pitstop where you can get a shower, some snacks and a shuttle to and from town.
He also got chased off the trail by a…cow!? I wish he had taken a picture.
mom made it down with 4 dogs. 3 ours and 1 hers. We immediately started trail angeling. Over the course of 2 days we provided much needed food and drink to 2-3 dozen threw hikers. Also provided some shuttling of hikers. Almost across the board, everyone appreciate seeing the dogs. They were a kind of therapeutic trail magic.
Tomorrow we head out together again. Ive got some hardware to help with the ankle.
